I Love You!

"Cheeeese!". Anthony loves pictures. Especially when Anna is next to him.

They like to share things, read books, and draw together. First thing in the morning Anthony yells 'Annn....aaaaah'.

"Come on, Mommy say cheese!"

"Triangle one, two, three."

Ok, now lets finish this pasta!

And some bread. I forgot, Anthony LOVES eating, food, crayons, paper, etc. It is not like he is on a specific diet or anything.

"comb my hair Anthony!"

"Is it your turn now?"

We wonder how long will this friendship last. Maybe until Anthony realizes the type of clothes and accesories Anna chooses to dress him up in, I guess.

Tu Vuo' Fa l' Italiano!

Making our own Tortellini. And some Fetucini, too, Anna's favorite.

Anna is a very good pasta maker.

Anthony likes to play the music. You read the book and he pushes the button Y a Bailar!

Ok, those are not Anthony's shoes, but those are the ones that Anna provided. He makes signs to say that they are stinky. Not a big deal after all, he still wants to try them on.

" No, no, no, no"- Anthony's first words...we wonder where he got that from, he is such a good baby. He also waves his little finger and moves his head in sign of disapproval.

Anna was a horse this day. Anthony did not like the idea. So he told Anna "No, no, no, no". She was being a bad, bad girl.

Anthony has his quirks, too. When Daddy wanted to take a picture with him, he agreed saying "eeeeehss", (for those who do not understand baby language that means 'cheese') once Daddy was close enough, he pulled his hair.
Drawing is Anthony's forte.
Dibujar es el pasatiempo favorito de Anthony.

No need for a table, Anthony can start drawing at one end of the house and finish at the other. There is no rush, right?

We asked Anna if she was ready to go out with us, she was taking a while, and it was almost time to leave. She said yes. And showed up. She said she wanted to wear that hood, because there was going to be a lot of snow.

Then, she was on her way.

This is what we found in a shopping center a few blocks away from our home.

The Fireplace.

Daddy built the mantle all by himself. It was still a little dusty. Looks worse because of the light coming through the windows.

Not so dusty. Not because I cleaned it, but because the picture was taken at night :-).

During the demolition process.

I was able to rescue this picture from the Realtor.com website.

We wanted to take a 2009 Family Christmas picture, You never know if next year would it be only the four us...I should say six, because as you guys know We have Chief, and this year "We" (Joel) adopted Shiva...So they may try to have a family of their own!

We actually took several pictures. None of them were like Anna wanted them to be: "Is this one pe...fect, Mommy?". Either our smiles looked fake or, Anthony was pulling Anna's hair, or Joel said something goofy, etc. No, we did not get the perfect Christmas picture, but several of them.

Anna received roller skates, pink, of course. She is now "a roller skating girl" like she calls her self...I shoud say that a floor slipping girl fits her better.

Grandma and Grandpa Dyer, sent this nice tent, Anna had some friends over and they made a "girl's club". Anthony was cordially invited in to share the ammenities that such tent offered. He put an end to the fun when he could not stop one of those naughty gasses so he was kicked out with no show of remorse from the girls.

Later, we recieved another package from G & G Dyer, Anna said: "There is a present, a pinguin, a plastic bag, a book, another plastic bag, and another plastic bag, and another....".

This is the way Daddy put the "Princess Tent" together.

Anthony had to take a look for himself.

We made cookies, some of them did not make it to the decoration part.

Anthony ran away after taking something from the table next to where Joel was sitting...there are not words to describe what we found but this picture.

A Sassy Butterfly girl.

Anna got a Little Doctor's Set, so Bret was the first patient. Keiana was the assistant and Anna the doctor.

Anthony got some shoes. He loves them.

Christmas is over, and there are no more trees and ornaments to brake or move from one place to the other, this is the way Anna gets Anthony to follow and play with her.

Those Cheerios are irresistible for Anthony!

We told Anna and Anthony to say good bye to the Christmas Tree. Anthony took it literally.

Who says Joel is mean? Just take a look at this picture, he is not only a hardworking, nice man... he is a SAINT!

Christmas at the Baker's

This year the Baker Family invited us to spend Christmas with them. We had lots of food and we played fun games.

Digan "Cheese!". Pilar, Anna y Joshua divirtiendose.

"Anna, this is Frosty and he will melt down when you leave"- Stephen.

A Puppet Show! Just for Anthony.

Too much Chrismas.

Demasiada Navidad.

Spoiled?

No Papi no me mima, para nada. Quien dice?
