A 4 year old Girl!

Tengo Cuatro AƱos Ahora!

Anna gave us the names of all the people she wanted at her party. She also wanted a pink cake, pink plates, pink drinks...Everything to be Pink, (Rosa).

She helped with the decoration of the cake because like she said "Everything has to be pe..fect". Everyone that knows Anna calls her "A very Social Girl". She was such a great Host.

She did not forget about Anthony and she was worried about his safety at all times. Keeping the stairs gate closed, not being noisy when he took his nap, etc. We had seven kids running around.

(A hairy hand brought the cake) Anna was so fast to blow the candles, I did not get the chance to take a picture. She had been practicing all day with a scented candle.

She got several pink presents! And a soft pink blanket.

She also got a "new George"!

After all those nice presents, Anna's favorite thing was the bubble wrap.

Staying warm at below zero temperatures

Hop on Pop!
Play the Piano

"Be fends" like Anna says.

Work, that's why you have kids, to have someone to do the job for you.

Play with Daddy's guitar...when he is not home.

Drawing...

And more drawing...this is one of Anthony's favorite things to do, other than music. He is also trying to get from one place to another walking...thanks to walls, doors, walker, or anything that can be pushed...even Daddy.

Define "Yuck!"

Define "Asqueroso".

Your two dogs drinking water from the toilette.

Your own 10 month old son playing with the toilette water :-S

Your husband watching your son playing with the toilette water and unrolling the TP, and not do anything but take pictures of the scene.

Thank You Anna Paloma!

This is what the Christmas season is all about...

First, You have to find a Christmas tree that it's taller than you are.

Taller than your little brother, too. Ok? That would make it. Don't forget to water it, your brother may get thirsty.

Step two: Decorating the tree...smiling all the time, That is the whole point, just have fun.

Finding the right place for each ornament is crucial.

Take a break every once in a while.

Sonriente, siempre sonriente.

There are some ornaments that may not have a place in the tree. So you have to use your head.

And finally, it is now time to take down the ornaments.

Even if the season is not over yet!

Taking Pictures

Practicando con Daddy.
Playing with my highchair-table.

Anna's first paper boat.

Talking on the phone...

Pushing your sister into the laundry basket can be a lot of fun.

The butterfly and the beetle. La mariposita y el bicho.

Solo me falta volar.

I guess you could say...

What a peaceful baby...

Until somebody takes away the toy he was playing with!

Anthony's room is ready!

Begining with a bright yellow bedroom.

Helping daddy, after all it is my bedroom.

Are you Ok up there?

Middle of the project..

Ta-da!

Thanksgiving 2008

Anthony trying to reach Grandma's lamp. If only his arms were a tad bit longer.

Listening to Uncle Les together. How Interesting.

Grandpa and Anthony...GP says he would like to hold him, but he is afraid he will drop Anthony, "he is quite big".

Visiting with Grandpa. Anna wanted to sit with Uncle Marvin, because she says "I like him, Mom, I want to play with him."

Uncle Les is fun! He has the same smile as me.

Uncle Marv is "very nice and funny" those are Anna's words.

Patrick and Anthony, what are they...cousins?

We did not get a chance to play the traditional Croquet game, because of a storm, plus Kennith did not make it, despite Brooklin's disapointment. This time, we played spades, and guess who was beating the pros? I asked Uncle Les how come he was -100 points and he "kindly" replied "Thanks to You!". The winner, as always, was Grandma...but only by 10 points, I was second.

Waving at Grandma.

Once Anthony learns something he keeps on doing it. Plus he looks so CUTE!

The Turtles ("Turtoises!") were asleep. But that did not stop Anna from getting close and trying to wake them up. After taking a close look at the turtles ("Turtoises") house, Anna has an idea about how to built one for our own dogs. She says "we only need some screws (tornillos) and some plywood (madera), daddy can cut the shape".

Grandma's house is always full of surprises and "secret rooms".

Everything is so interesting for Anthony.

For Anna...it was, too. Only that she gets tired faster than Anthony.

She also spent a couple hours at the ER, after she fell off a step stool, or that is what she says. Her foot got all red and swolen...it was nothing serious, we were afraid it was broken, after all she is Joel's daughter. The nurse said that the x-ray was good. After 2 hours we were hungry and didn't wait for the Doctor. Everything was fine, she just twisted it a little.

We got to see Bobby, too.

How many men does it take to put a baby in a high chair?
